HEALTHY BACK

Healthy Back Class
A session focused on relieving tension and strengthening the muscles that support the spine. Through gentle, controlled exercises, the class improves posture, mobility, and stability, with special attention to breathing and body awareness. Various props (such as bands, balls, or rings) are used to adapt and intensify the exercises according to each person’s needs. 

PILATES I

Mat Pilates I Class
A 50-minute beginner-level session focused on learning the fundamental principles of Pilates: breathing, control, alignment, and body awareness. The class includes gentle, progressive exercises designed to strengthen the core, improve posture, and increase mobility. Various props (such as bands, balls, or rings) are incorporated to support proper execution and enhance the learning process.
